Our philosophy at Wilkinson Rhodes is based on the belief that every event truly tells a story -- whether it represents the hopes and dreams of a couple, the objectives of a corporate client, or a vision of the ultimate social soiree. We infuse this story into every aspect of an event.

Billinda Wilkinson
Founder & Creative Director
Billinda Wilkinson’s experience and knowledge of art, history, design, travel, and theater has made Wilkinson Rhodes one of the premier event planning and production companies in the Southwest.
Her client base includes Buena
Vista Pictures, Walt Disney, Johnson & Johnson, AT&T and UPS. The scope of her resume includes wondrous weddings, grand galas, adorable bar/bat mitzvahs and dazzling
debutante parties for her prestigious clientele.
In 2003, Wilkinson began the Wilkinson-Rhodes event company. In only one short year, Billinda began party planning for the stars when Buena Vista Pictures and Disney accepted her proposal for the premier party for the movie, “The Alamo.” Over the years, Billinda has also gone on to design and execute numerous events across the country and abroad.
She also believes in giving back to
the event industry through her volunteer efforts as a past president of ILEA San Antonio, support of The Search Foundation, and work with Event Pro’s Take Action.
Matthew Gonzales, CSEP
Executive Director
Matthew Gonzales CSEP, also known as the “List Maker” is a wizard with logistics, décor, and spatial planning.
Having a background in multiple disciplines of the hospitality industry gives him great insight into helping clients with details behind the scenes and forethought while in the melee of an event; like a maestro waving his baton across an orchestra.
He holds a CSEP designation from the International Live Events Association. He is a Master Florist and has studied with the incomparable Jim Johnson.
In his spare time, he patio gardens, travels, bakes, and cooks. His love of fine dining has taken him to points across the US in search of the perfect hot dog! Woof!
India Rhodes, CSEP
Partner & Creative Director
With a degree in theatre production, India brings to each event a perspective that marries artistic flare with a stage director’s eye for synchrony and precision in the execution of even the smallest details.
She is a master of actualizing unconventional concepts through complex production and finds innovative solutions to tell her client’s stories.
Currently, India serves on the International Board of Governors for the International Live Events Association. She also serves on the board of the SEARCH Foundation and is a proud Junior League member.
India has a passion for Tiki bars and soufflés. She can normally be found with her Welsh terrier, Smooch, who is almost always by her side – even when traveling.
